Firstly you have to have the latest beta. Unzip the files into C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\chivalrymedievalwarfarebeta\UDKGame\CookedSDK (or equivalent) and then launch the beta. Then in the main menu press ~ (tilde) and type OPEN ****** where ***** is the name of the map you want to open. Look in the files you downloaded for the map names if they're not listed here. The prefix will let you know the gametype, they all start with AOC and then the game type. FFA = free for all. LTS = last team standing, TDM = team death match, CTF = capture the flag, KOTH = king of the hill, TO= team objective.
