Have you ever wanted an accessory to be in a different color, but hated how all the recolors cluttered your accessory list?

This mod helps solve that! The Accessory Crafting mod recolors 4 of the preexisting accessories into 12 different colors. (It's also compatible with modded accessories (provided the creator of the accessory makes it so). With this mod, each of your saves will only own the colors of the accessories that they're actually going to use— with some added gameplay, too!
- Pick an accessory you want. The mod comes with bows, collars, scarves, and sweaters in red, orange, yellow, green, light blue, dark blue, purple, pink, brown, white, gray, and black. For this example, I'm going to give my cat a light blue scarf.
- Visit Ember in the appropriate season. Bows are sold in Spring, collars in Summer, scarves in Autumn, and sweaters in Winter.
- Buy the appropriate blank clothing template and pattern. Each dye pattern allows you to dye your item one of three colors. They have to be split into 4 parts due to modding limitations, but you can tell which pattern will give you what by their icons and descriptions. In my example, I'll be buying the Blank Scarf and Scarf Pattern 2.
- Place the "Dye Vat" and the "Mortar and Pestle" crafting stations in your den. (Feel free to remove them once you've crafted your accessories!)
- Interact with the Dye Vat and find the item you want to craft. Take note of how many dyes you will need. For me, I need 4 Light Blue Dye.
- Interact with the Mortar and Pestle and find the recipe for the dye color you want. Pay attention to how many dyes each recipe creates!
- Craft the dye, and then return to the Dye Vat to dye your item. You're done!
If you have any feedback on this mod, I'd like to hear it! I understand it can seem a little complicated, and if you think of anything that would make it simpler, I'd appreciate it. If there are any more accessories you'd like me to add to this, please let me know. Thank you!
