This mod will only work with Kino and Bepinex this does not work if you are using ZML loader,,,,,if you are using Kino and Bepinex you add this mod to your mods folder inside the Kino folder once you done that fully close the game and fully close steam down and restart the DLC unlocker works automatically aslong as you installed correctly
