Configs for Bolt Cape Mk 4


This mod adds engine and drivetrain configs to Car Mechanic Simulator 2021 for the Bolt Cape Mk4

Config3 - Drag Build, swaps rear suspension for TK Aftermarket Drag part and adds Rear Disc Brake conversion

Config4 - Disc, Adds a Rear Disc Brake conversion to the vanilla engine and drivetrain

Config5 - Restomod, Adds modern V8 and swap options including appropriate ancillaries (ABS, ECU, etc...), lowers ride height, adds rear disk brakes and changes wheels

Config6 - Restomod AirRide, Adds modern V8 and swap options including appropriate ancillaries (ABS, ECU, etc...), lowers ride height, adds rear disk brakes and changes wheels


Name - renames Bolt Cape Mk4 to Chevrolet Impala '65

You MUST have the Ford Remastered DLC for some of the engine swap options in some configs

You MUST have the Drag Racing DLC for some of the engine swap options in some configs

You MUST have the TK Aftermarket mod for the suspension in Config3 (Drag Build) and engine swap option/radiator in Config5 (Restomod) & Config6 (Restomod AirRide)

Please note - If you copy Config3 (Drag Build) to your game folder it WILL overwrite the game's original config. If you want to use this config IN ADDITION to the game's original config you will need to renumber it and the bodyconfig file to an appropriate number BEFORE copying to the game folder. If you want to overwrite the original config, make sure you back it up somewhere first.

Installation:

Navigate to ...Steam\steamapps\common\Car Mechanic Simulator 2021\Car Mechanic Simulator 2021_Data\StreamingAssets\Cars\BoltCape

Paste the required config files here. (Remember to rename these configs, using an appropriate number, in accordance with your config files' numerical order.)


Removal:

Navigate to ...Steam\steamapps\common\Car Mechanic Simulator 2021\Car Mechanic Simulator 2021_Data\StreamingAssets\Cars\BoltCape

Delete the config's no longer require, from the folder
