Brief ModEditor is a tool to create and edit ModLoader's Json format Mod, support custom Card, Perk, Journal and modify the original Card of the game , etc. Dependencies
ModEditor(Main): Replace ModEditor.exe with new exe.(Require)
CSTI-JsonData(Template Data): Delelte CSTI-JsonData folder and Unzip new JsonData RAR.(Optional)
Localization: replace the .qm file inside.(Optional)
Simple Tutorial 1. Run ModEditor.exe. 2. Click File->New Mod Project, then enter your mod name, your mod folder will appear at the .\CSTI-ModEditor-En\Mods. 3. Manually move the .\CSTI-ModEditor-En\Mods\(your mod name) folder to <Steam Directory>\steamapps\common\Card Survival Tropical Island\BepInEx\plugins. 4. Get back to ModEditor, click File->Load Mod Project, Choose your mod folder <Steam Directory>\steamapps\common\Card Survival Tropical Island\BepInEx\plugins\(your mod name) to reopen it. 5. Right click CardData and choose "New File", then choose a template and enter a card name. 6. Double click your (card name).json, then you can change some simple entries such as ObjectWeight(Modify it directly), CardImage(Right click it and choose Reference), don't forget to use Ctrl+s or Save Mod Project to save your changes. 7. Now you can start the game (No need to close ModEditor) and use console to generate your card, card name is (your mod name)_(card name).
Custom Picture & Audio put the picture to (your mod name)\Resource\Picture, only support jpg, png, jpeg, recommend png. put the audio to (your mod name)\Resource\Audio, only support wav. Ctrl+s or Save Mod Project in ModEditor then you can use Reference to add your custom resource.
