About this mod
This mod helps the unused and underpowered spells gain effectiveness. Vanilla spells only.

I've been playing CQ2 for years any time I come across these spells I will completely skip them. This mod aims to give them a fighting chance to make it into the hotbar. They mostly aren't significantly changed, unless I felt that they needed major help. I also tried to keep in mind how they would scale in the tower.

SPECIFICS:
FREEZE
reduced duration but paralyses target
ENFEEBLE_MONSTER
reduced duration but now does -3 attack and -3 defense
MAGIC_MIRROR
greatly reduced cooldown time
STONE_SKIN
reduced cooldown time increased speed penalty and added thorns damage
REVEAL_AREA
greatly increased range
HASTE
increased duration and effect
FLASHBOMB
increased duration of blind
HOLY_LIGHT
now also increases speed slightly
POLYMORPH
reduced cooldown, now also reduces target speed slightly
MANIA
greatly increased duration
------------------------------------------INSTALATION------------------------------------------
1. Open Steam
2. Right click Cardinal Quest 2 on steam and select "Properties..."
3. Click "LOCAL FILES" then click "Backup game files"
4. Select the game and create a backup file for your game
5. Go back to Steam and right click Cardinal Quest 2 again and click "Properties..."
6. Click "BETAS"
7. On the top drop-down tab select "modsupport - experimental moddable build."
8. Close the tab and update Cardinal Quest 2 on Steam
9. Go back to Steam and right click Cardinal Quest 2 again and click "Properties..."
10. Click "LOCAL FILES" and then "Browse..."
11. Open the "assets" folder
12. Open the "txt" folder
13. Paste the downloaded files into this folder.
14. Open the game and if classes are locked, click "options" and then "unlock all"
15. The modded game should now be ready to play!
