A vanillaPLUS-style remaster to Cardinal Quest 2's weakest Tower class!
Adds to and remasters some of Fighter's talent tree, bringing him up to speed with how well other classes perform. These changes are mainly intended to strengthen Fighter's Tower potential, as he falls off hard without any way to sustain himself against tougher enemies. Additionally, I hope this gives Fighter more of an identity among the cast
[CONTENT]
* New Talent! "War Cry" unlocks a skill of the same name which replaces "Intimidate" as an alternative to "Charge" for guaranteed attacks. "War Cry" inflicts all nearby enemies with Fear, granting you the Prevent Block status for the skill's duration (neither you nor your enemies can block). "War Cry" recharges after taking 4 hits from enemies, not including projectiles or poison/burn.
* New Talent! "Gut Them" unlocks a skill of the same name and replaces "Hardening". "Gut Them" grants the player a permanent +75% chance for enemies to drop health orbs when they die.
* New Perk! "Haggler" grants the player 75 staring gold and a 33% discount to Scavenger trades.
* New Gear! "Heirloom" starts the player with a randomly enchanted Battered Cap passed down through the ages.
[INSTALL]
(Remember, you must be on the ""modsupport" beta branch of the game to use mods. Locate this option by managing the game in your Steam library.)
1. Download the latest .zip file
2. Locate it on your computer and extract it
3. This part is very important. Place all extracted .png files into the assets folder and choose to replace files of the same name. Inside the assets folder there is a folder called .txt where you will place all the extracted .txt files and choose to replace files of the same name.
4. Assuming you have done this all correctly, start the game and enjoy!
