The graphics settings are optimized to look as good as possible (see images).
Installation:
1. unpack the .rar file
2. open the "Call Of Duty Black Ops Cold War" folder inside your "Documents" folder
3. drag and drop the "player" folder inside the "Call Of Duty Black Ops Cold War" folder
4. select "replace existing files" in the popup window

You can still tweak your graphics settings after installing the mod.
