Changes default combat and mini-map keybinds to be in line with Mars: War Logs

Since I played Mars: War Logs and The Technomancer before Bound By Flame I found tweaking the controls of the latter to be more like the former led to Vulcan getting creamed less frequently. The tutorials will reflect these changes, and you can still update keybinds yourself in-game as needed as these config files only affect the default values.
Installation:
1. Extract the MWLKeybinds folder from the archive
2. Place it in your datalocal folder, typically located at C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Bound By Flame\datalocal
3. Play using 87% fewer neurons, guaranteed!*

Uninstallation:
Delete MWLKeybinds folder from datalocal
Compatibility:
Incompatible with anything that modifies inputs_explore_fight.sli or inputs_explore_gui.sli
