Buffs the action package Meat Unicycle to be much better, while making it the only one avaliable, with an option to remove this limitation
the Buffs are as follows:
+500% Melee Damage(up from 300%, can be Scale, Preadd or Postadd)
+150% Grenade Damage
+33.3% Movement Speed(up from 20%)
+100% Melee Lifesteal(up from 25%)
+Infinite Grenades while Active(up from Finite)
