Disregard previous comment, it seems this is one of those mods that don't work offline. It probably works just fine if you're connected to the SHIFT servers.
This would be a great mod if it worked. I installed it exactly according to instructions. Tried activating it individually and as part of my merged mods file. Nothing. Even used up my last 2 keys because I figured I might need to be at 0 keys to make it work. Nothing.
