About this mod
Removes the level requirement to equip or use items while letting the stats increase over time like normal leveling.
It's useful for less grinding of certain gear to be a certain level or grinding to get to a certain level to use an item. I think that you should be able to use a pistol if you are level 1, not level 35.

GENERAL OVERVIEW
Removes the level requirement for all items that I know of.
A level 1 player can use a level 70 item if they somehow manage to get one.
Does not prevent item level stat scaling, so there should be no issue with the player only getting 10 damage guns or the like.
More of a quality of life mod, lets you focus on stats more so than level requirements.
Obviously a level 70 item will be better stat wise than a level 60 item so there is still a sort of grind for that.
Does it work in co-op? Yes, it does. I would suggest that if you are playing with friends, have them use the same mod file as you.
This mod does NOT require everyone to have it, only the host does.
However, visually, clients without the mod will still see the level restriction on the gear but they can in fact equip it.
The game just visually tells them otherwise.
Does it affect pre-existing items in your backpack? Yes, it does.
Anything that uses a level requirement should now not use it but it will keep it's respective level stats.
