Emergency Recursion Recovery

I wanted to get this out as quickly as possible, but it's a recovery save file for the recursion which was changed by the 7/23/20 patch. It should offer similar performance to the original weapon. I've also included some other modded weapons, which were balanced according to their performance under Mayhem 1.0.
