This build uses a combination of a low level Stop Gap shield, its 5 sec immunity effect, and a Bloodletter class mod. With a Health Regen passive on either your Class Mod or Artifact, you will regenerate your shield as well due to the Bloodletter's special effect. Because the Stop Gap is a low level, it will regenerate within the 5 seconds of immunity granted when it breaks. If we combine this with the Loaded Dice artifact, which decreases our Max Health, we can also regenerate our Health past 50% within the 5 seconds of immunity. This will bring us above "health gate", meaning we can't be killed in one hit. 

Gear (I've included a video showing the gear in the videos tab):

  • Stop Gap shields*
  • Cutpurse Loaded Dice artifact with health regen passive
  • Bloodletter class mods with +3 Desperate Measures, +2 Phalanx Doctrine. There are three versions: One for boss kills with your Launcher, One for Tediore mobbing, and one with a Health Regen passive (in case you need more regen to reach health gate in 5 sec).
  • Oozing and Normal Potent Quickie, with Moze splash damage and 5-sec-free-ammo anointments (in case you don't want to spec into Some for the Road)
  • Full Tediore 5-MIRV Homing Shotgun set w/Extra Cryo damage while Terrified
  • Facepuncher w/Terror on melee. Since Facepuncher hits count as melee attacks, when used with a Cutpurse artifact, shooting an enemy will regenerate your shotgun ammo and will also apply Terror to yourself.
  • It's Piss and Tediore Quasar grenade with Terror Damage/Fire Rate anointment

* I included two versions of the Stop Gap, one with double brimming augments, and one with brimming and power charge. The double brimming should only be used if your Guardian Rank boost in max health makes you unable to regenerate 50% health in 5 seconds, when using the other shield. I also included the two versions with 3 different anointments. Terror Ammo Regen is the best anointment for mobbing with a full Tediore loadout, as it will regenerate your mag as you throw the Tediore, adding a couple extra rounds to the throw, increasing its damage. The 50% corrosive/fire after action skill anointments are included for Wotan/Graveward kills.

Usage

Equipped on the save are the loadout and build I'd recommend for the Wotan fight. With this setup, I've killed him in under 3 min. I've included a video on how I handle the fight.

For the first parts of the Takedown, I use a full Tediore loadout (shock, corrosive, and whatever other element you prefer) with the Bloodletter w/ +mag size. While you are unkillable by normal means, be careful around explosive barrels as they can one shot you through health gate. Self damage will also kill you if you are not under your immunity effect at the time. To avoid killing yourself with Tediore MIRVs, make sure there are no enemies close enough to you that a homing projectile will harm you. If a homing projectile fails to find a target and simply flies upward, the best way to avoid it is to run to the spot that you threw the shotgun.

Also don't fall off the map.
