Makes the black market vendor and red chests actually farmable, aka not disappear for 30 mins after you use them.

Maurice’s Black Market and red chests wont disappear on you anymore, farm them as much as you like.
Also adds an option to put more items in the black market vendor every time you check it, hopefully speeding up the process of finding that one item you want even more.
To install open PersistentMarket.zip with a program like winrar/7zip then drag and drop PersistentMarket.sdkmod into the sdk_mods folder in the borderlands 3 directory. if you dont have an sdk_mods folder then install the PythonSDK first (listed as a requirement just above this chunk of text).
