These video files can replace the default FMVs for Lilith with more distortion to distract from the fact that it's just a cosplayer dressed as Lilith with a WWW (World's Worst Wig).

I just finally got around to playing Borderlands 3 and wasn't expecting to spit my fizzy cola out when Lilith appeared.
I am not really into the cosplay scene or influencer scene. I guess this is the reason for these awful videos? Not sure.
Anyway, I just ran the .mp4 file through a few filters and replaced the files. Seems to work so far.
I also did a quick edit of the original Angel videos from BL1 and threw it in there too. There are no changes of emotion but maybe that is also a good thing?
Installation:
Just replace the .mp4 files located in ~SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Borderlands 3\OakGame\Content\Movies
Uninstallation:
Delete my files and restore the backups (that you totally made) or verify file integrity with your launcher of choice.
