This mod adds Upsampling to BL3. This boosts FPS without a noteable loss in quality. This boosts my FPS by around 15-20% with a RTX 3080 at 3440*1440
To install :
Go to your game installation folder : C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Borderlands 3\OakGame\Content\Paks And drop the content of the archive here.
Once it is installed., you should have C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Borderlands 3\OakGame\Content\Paks\~Mods\Z_Upsampling_P.pak
