This mod completely removes the black outlines / cell shading of borderlands 3
To install : Go to your game installation folder : C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Borderlands 3\OakGame\Content\Paks And drop the content of the archive here.
Once it is installed., you should have C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Borderlands 3\OakGame\Content\Paks\~Mods\Z_BlackOutlines_Remover_P.pak
