About this mod
This is a simple cut and paste replacement for your profile.sav containing 200 legitimate keys that should be used early-on to maximize its utility. Unlike most other profile.sav files on this site, these keys were not attained by cheatengine or cutting into the game files. These keys are as clean as they come.
- Permissions and credits
The profile.sav also comes with a small collection of legendary and red text weapons. All weapons and items are legitimate (including the broken Anshin shield from the Epic Games launch). Use this profile.sav to farm the golden chest with one of your save games (your 1.sav for example) and then replace your own profile.sav after you are done farming. Take what you want from the bank and do not store anything you want to keep in the bank as it is keyed to the profile.sav.
How to back up your game:
Your profile and playthroughs are saved in a destination similar to this:
D:\Documents\My Games\Borderlands 3\Saved\SaveGames\76561198144652861
Copy these into a folder in your documents library. You can make sub-folders for subsequent backups, keeping the current backup visible. (See picture.)
Your profile is the profile.sav
Your profile contains golden keys, the bank, cosmetics, and guardian ranks.
Your playthroughs are one to three digit numbers beginning with 1.sav
Your playthroughs contain your character's progress, information, and backpack.
