The problem I am having with this is shield regen vs Wotan, If anyone has suggestions or wants to steal my gear you can.
I'm thinking on changing relics so I can health gate, but unfamiliar with this game mechanics, I'm new to borderlands. The damage output of this build is able to get through the entire takedown, the only problem I run into is survivability. Its doable but there has to be a better way of regen than shooting the ground with a splash shock weapon.
