About this mod
This mod aims to improve the Flakker. For easier use against smaller enemies. Changed the explosive cloud, added Grenade damage to the explosions and 2 optional new weapon skins.

To use this mod you first have to Hex edit your BL2.exe, I reccomend using BLCMM for that.
This Mod can be used stand alone, but was created with the buffs and changes of UCP 4.1 in mind.
