I have no idea how to use BLCMM, so this is manual.
Installation Instructions: Copy "Tulip_Startup_SF.upk" and "GD_Tulip_Mechro_Streaming_SF.upk" from the 'New' folder to {installation path}\DLC\Tulip\Compat\Content
To Uninstall, just copy the files from 'Original' to the same location.
Reduced DeathTrap's cooldown to 1 second, increased Deathtrap's time limit from 1 minute to 2 minutes.
I cannot remember every single change I made to Gaige's skills so here are the ones I do remember:
Massive change to Slayer of Terramorphous:

I cannot remember every single change I made to Gaige's skills so here are the ones I do remember:
- Cooking Up Trouble - 0.4% becomes 1% healing per second if magazine is full.
- Preshunk Cyberpunk - 75 max Anarchy stacks per level instead of 50.
- Blood Soaked Shields - Lose 0.2% hp per kill per level instead of 1%.
- Electrical Burn - Increase max skill level from 5 to 25.
- Anarchy - Reduced accuracy reduction per stack from 1.75% to -0.14%, Increased Damage buff per stack from 1.75% to 1.95%
- Rational Anarchist - Increases Anarchy stacks gained from 25 to 3350
- The Nth Degree - Reduced starting ricochet count from every 9th bullet at Rank 1 to every 5th bullet at Rank 1
- With Claws - Increased damage from 0.6% per stack to 0.9% per stack.
- Made of Sterner Stuff - change 1% damage resistance per rank to 20%
- Strength of Five Gorillas - Boosted from 3% melee damage per rank to 9%
- Myelin - Increased max rank from 5 to 11, Shock Damage Resistance from 6% to 12%, Max Shield from 3% to 6%
- Close Enough - Increased max rank from 5 to 10, and dropped damage reduction from 50% to 1%.
- Fancy Mathematics - Increased max rank from 5 to 10, Shield Recharge Delay changed from -14% to -84%, Shield Recharge Rate changed from 12% to 72%
- Potent as Pony - Increased max rank from 5 to 10, Changed Max Hp from 4% to 10%, changed DeathTrap Max HP from 2% to 10%
- Upshot Robot - Changed Added skill duration per kill from +5 seconds to +15 seconds
- Interspersed Outburst - Tried to change max stacks to 10, no visual change, unsure if it works.
Massive change to Slayer of Terramorphous:
- Removed level restriction, so a level 1 Gaige can equip an OP8 SoT mod.
- Max burn damage is 344%, Minimum seems to be 322%
- Max Ignite chance is 344%, Minimum seems to be 322%
- Max HP is +1734884, Minimum seems to be +111
- Increased maximum levels of Terramorphous skill adjustments to +104, Minimum seems to be +101 per skill
- Increased skill pool to include :
- Cooking Up Trouble
- Potent as Pony
- More Pep
- Myelin
- Shock Storm
- Electrical Burn
- Wires Don't Talk
- Annoyed Android
- It also Boosts two skills listed as [Let 'Em Burn] and [Bullets of Benevolence], but I have no Idea what these skills are. In the code, these two skills are listed as [SometimesLessIsMore] and [SprayAndPray], although I have no idea which one is which.
- There seems to be a side effect somewhere that causes Discord to not use stacks when active, at least when at 3350 Anarchy stacks or above.
