To extract the save, you need to have a program that can extract archive folder, such as, WinRar & 7Zip
This save contains all vehicle skins in borderlands 2 if your Xbox 360 you will need Horizon. (PS if you continue this in the Xbox 360 everything from commander Lilith dlc will go away so what you need to do is press y and click on the save pick the first thing on the top of the list wait for it to load then just go to cloud saves and upload it then on Xbox one/series x go to cloud saves then download it)

WARNING! Before moving the saved game file, make sure to back up your current saves in case of possible replacement.
Make sure in either Epic Games or Steam that you have cloud saves turned off for Borderlands 2, this can complicate the save from showing up in-game.
To use the save you need to copy/move it into your saves location.
To get there, you need to go to the following path according to your Operating System:
Windows: C:\Users\MYNAME\Documents\my games\borderlands 2\willowgame\savedata\*custom_number_here*/
OS X: Users/MYNAME/Library/Application Support/Borderlands 2/WillowGame/SaveData/*custom_number_here*/
