Allows nearly every Jakobs weapon to have an elemental capacitor

Very simple text mod that makes Jakobs weapons have a chance of spawning with elemental capacitors (fire, shock, corrosive, or slag). This includes common weapons as well as unique and legendary ones, and does work for both base game and DLC items.
Like most modded gear, this requires sanity checks to be turned off via the Hex Multitool, otherwise the items will get deleted on a save reload.
You can use the elemental Jakobs guns provided you by this mod even while the mod is turned off, as long as you have sanity checks off.
To install the mod, put the .txt file into your Binaries folder, then type 'exec elementary.txt' in the ingame console.
And remember - if it took more than one shot, you weren't using a Jakobs!
