Please note:
1. The 2019 Ultra HD Texture Pack DLC is not yet supported by this mod. There is no projected timeline for addition of this support. If you wish to use the mod for now, it is recommended that the DLC should be uninstalled first.
2. If you are running the latest updated version of the game, you will likely run into significant/unplayable performance issues on older hardware if using this mod. For the pre-2019 update version of the game, the mod should run better across a wider range of hardware.

What it does:
Overrides 214 files (54 uniques), with covered/alt textures where relevant.
Requires TexMod (please look for tutorials online, if you need them).
To use:
1) Just extract and use the "Covered_Clothing_v0.8" file with 'Borderlands2.exe' in TexMod.
[On my PC, the game takes about 1.5 minutes to launch with the mod (it's about 178 MB of raw data, before packaging).]
Optionally:
2) Backup, then replace "Splash.bmp" in your installed "Borderlands 2 -> WillowGame -> Splash -> PC" folder with one of the versions included with this mod.
3) Rename the two files named "TC_Scooter" in your installed "Borderlands 2 -> WillowGame -> Movies" folder to "TC_Scooter_skip".
4) Use the short intro mod, if you want to.
