Changes many of the white rarity weapons to purple rarity unofficial versions of missing weapons for each manufacture. May not function properly wrote this very quick inbetween classes

Torgue sniper and smg need ideas due to bullets not being able to be changed

-Sniper: Replaces Hyperion White Rarity Snipers, no model or texture changes currently
-SMG: Replaces Tediore White Rarity SMGs, no model,texture, or reload changes currently

-SMG: Replaces Dahl White Rarity SMGs, no model or texture change currently
