About this mod
Fixes Moonshiner and Cara-Van ear blasting engine sounds which normally ignored volume sliders in-game. Fixes all instances of inconsistent map audio such as in the Bloodshot Stronghold and Bunker.

PRACTICALLY ALL MODS WILL NOT WORK AS OF 2020 UNLESS YOU PUT THE FILE THAT YOU EXECUTE INTO "OFFLINE" MODE VIA THE BOTTOM LEFT OF BLCMM. THIS DOES NOT PREVENT MATCHMAKING, RATHER IT IS A

THE "UHD" UPDATE CHANGED THE EXE SO YOU WILL HAVE TO USE THE FOLLOWING TO
HEX EDIT IT FOR THE CONSOLE AFTER VERIFYING YOUR FILES VIA STEAM:

IF YOUR GAME REFUSES TO ACTUALLY START, LOOK FOR "ddraw.dll" IN YOUR WIN32
FOLDER IN YOUR BL2 BINARIES DIRECTORY, THEN DELETE IT.
THIS MOD MUST BE MERGED IN BLCMM TO BE USED CORRECTLY!

GENERAL OVERVIEW
I got sick of the Moonshiner making my ears bleed no matter my audio settings, so I took the time to figure out the issue and fix it without just completely removing audio from it. Same goes for the Cara-Van, but it doesn't do that unless you drive it yourself.
Bloodshot Stronghold also amplified audio to cause inconsistent audio that you either had to deal with or change your volume to fix. So I looked into that and fixed the issue for that specific issue and applied it to every other applicable location.
Have fun with some more consistent game audio!
