This was made to make splash damage as a whole much more easily understandable, compressing it into either weapon splash (Splash Damage) or grenade splash (Grenade Damage), as well as to help `set` up a base that can be used to further change skills and items in a more sensible and deliberate fashion.

This is (was) a work in progress, in a sense, as it is made to be built upon further by myself or others. Turns all weapon splash (Excluding Tediore Reloads) into rocket splash and adds "Splash Damage" boosts to characters that had grenade damage skills originally. The new Splash Damage will affect rocket launchers and on skills like Do or Die, or Steady, rocket damage has been replaced with it. The maximum amount of damage you could have obtained from grenade damage has not been changed, ex., Axton: +65% without the optional changes (If you don't use the UCP) and +80% with them.

Skills; Battlefront: Melee(UCP: Crit) to Splash Damage Optional-Impact: Melee(UCP: Accuracy) to Splash Damage - Grenadier is the boost to grenade damage equivalent Keep it Pipin' Hot: Adds Splash damage directly to it, and reduces the melee damage to 25% to match the other buffs and moves that lost 5% to All in the Reflexes. Be Like Water and Reaper: Changed description wording from "Gun Damage" to "Bullet Damage" because they do not affect splash at all now, due to gun splash not existing. Optional: Pressure now boosts Grenade and Splash damage depending on how low your health is. Up to 40% at 5 points.
COMs; Grenadier COM: Explosive damage resist changed to grenade damage resist Specialist COM: Changed to Rocketeer COM, buffs all skills that give splash damage, boosts splash damage, and resists splash damage. Optional support for Aaron's COM overhaul mod Replaces the Turret "Prefix" from Sir Umnei's UI Fix, which will cause a conflict with their COM Overhaul mod's Engineer COM, there is an included fix
Due to these changes; Reaper and BLW are situationally less powerful, due to not affecting any kind of splash now. Ex, Maliwan Sniper, Hyperion Splat Gun, etc. Battlefront and optionally Impact are less powerful, having one of their stats replaced with splash damage. Rocket launchers can be much stronger, being able to be affected by splash damage Absorb shields are able to absorb rocket ammo from any weapon's splash damage, also making rocket launchers stronger
This is made mostly as a base for other things that I or even other people might use it for, so I did not want to change from vanilla/UCP much, hence not changing Reaper or BLW beyond what I have.
