Here is a fix for those that are having the striped shadows glitch!

I have spent quit a bit of time trying to find a fix for the striped shadow problem plaguing some players. After going through the WillowEngine.ini file searching for all mentions of shadows, I finally found the correct line to edit to fix the glitch.
I have included my ini file. Replace it yours with this, and you'll not get any more striped shadows!
