Pros:
High chance to slag.
High damage.
Short 7-second cooldown.
Benefits from melee damage and roid.
Can use it to blast jump!
Cons:
Can slag yourself.
Unpredictable projectiles.
Short-range.
More effective against larger targets.
More Pros:
Makes use of the crappy bandit plasma projectile.
Is badass.
