About this mod

This mod's primary purpouse is to promote modding for Borderlands.
It changes some unpopular weapons (Eridian, Pounder, Carnage, etc) to be usable, also it removes damage bonus from being higher level then target, nerfs elemental DOTs, buffs elemental procs, changes color of shock damage make money auto-pickup, fixes FOV and more

15/3/23 released source script for customizing and modding your own version

New in 1.01:
    minor changes to Pounder damage (lowered MT_Scale part from +80% to +52% while increased MT_PreAdd from 0.8 to 0.95)
    greatly rebalanced drop weights for alien weapon parts (to be more accessible, especially for mags)
    MGs added to shop
    Jakobs Striker buffed (added multiplying critical damage bonus (MT_Scale) and base damage (MT_PreAdd))
    Jakobs Materials FireRate penalty reduced from 50% to 35%
    Alien Blasters (all variants) base damage increased by 16.7%
    changed Hydra spread by a little

this list is most likely incomplete, and also I will probably change some stuff in future updates

GENERAL
    -money is now auto-pickup
    -no FOV reset on melee (happened only on Lil and Mordi)
    -default FOV is set to 90
    -fixed damage multipliers both 'against' and 'from' lower level enemies to x1, now you dont need to worry about game becoming too easy if you grind level or two
    -same with status effect chances
    -damage from enemies on pt1 0.75 -> 1 (on pt2 its 1.15, unchanged)
    -damage from enemies per player when alone 0.9 -> 1.1 (still less than 1.3 for 2 players)
    -quest reward XP formula (level+2)*120 -> (level+17)*30, quest xp is same at low levels but much lower at higher levels (so you could level your proficiencies better)
    -changed damage colors so shock numbers are much more visible, also made pure elemental damage bit brighter in comparison to bullet elemental damage
    -pure explosive damage now does +10% damage vs armor
    -changed aoe damage falloff to be less annoying and more consistant, in short: you now deal full damage if target is within 60% radius and minimum damage percent is 65% instead of 10%
    -rockets are now have bUseAccurateCollision turned off, which fixes some surfaces where they explode "behind surface" dealing no splash
    
    


SKILLS/COMS

    -buffed brick Bash from 10% to 17% chance per rank (remember, there are no bonuses on lower level enemies now)
    -fixed Payback, before it was giving +8% bullet damage per rank, but only 7% from other damage sources, now all +8% per rank
    -fixed description of Deadly skill - it gives +15% per rank, but was displayed as +6%
    -fixed Mordecai Hunter COM cooldown reduction
    -fixed Mordecai Ranger COM accuracy regeneration
    -fixed Brick Unbreakable not working while Berserk (it was the least useful action skill before)
    -buffed health regen in Berserk from 3% per second to 5% (Berserk base duration is 18s if you wonder how much you can heal with it)
    -Berserk elemental AOE now has radius comparable to melee range (it is centered on player) and its damage formula tied to melee damage formula instead of just being ~40-80dmg
    -Brick Rapid Reload now reduces recoil instead if increasing it
    -Bloodwing lifetime decreased from 60s to 40s, wont affect much if its all okay, but will save some time if it is stuck
    -Berserk now adds +200% critical damage (due to how critical damage works it is not that a lot)
    -Relentless now adds Eridian Weapon Recharge speed 15% per rank
    -Bricks Revenge now buffs Grenade Damage (affects all splash damage sources)
    

Items
    -fixed Dahl Penetrator rarity
    -fixed SnS Draco rarity, but not retroactive
    -buffed Atlas Troll hp regen from 1hp/s to 1.5%_maxhp/s
    -Dahl Wildcat buffed a little, but still mostly weak compared to Anarchy
    -min spawn level for legendaries lowered from 22 to 16
    -ever saw hyperion/maliwan/SnS/Vladof INCENDIARY shotgun? now you can
    -buffed Atlas Shield (shock resistance) to be not so useless (and you will need them due to buffed elemental weapons)
    -Vladof Revolution now recives Fire Rate bonus instead of penalty
    -Buffed Vladof Surkov
    -fixed Clipper Melee damage
    -buffed Nova shields
    -buffed Hyperion Executioner
    -buffed Atlas Hydra (its now "8 heads of death", but 4 of them are stacked in a center + increased projectile count)
    -Torgue Bastard now has reduced spread penalty and more damage, acurracy and recoil are still terrible
    -buffed Hyperion Invader pistol
    -buffed Atlas Cyclopus
    -buffed 3-shot sniper mag by a little
    -Torgue Redemption now consumes 2 rockets per shot instead of 4
    -legendary acc carnages (Hydra and Friendly Fire) are buffed, also for Friendly Fire fixed fire element (was explosive when with carnage barrel)
    -Buffed Jakobs Striker
    -Jacobs Materials Fire Rate penalty reduced from 50% to 35%, its still severe but now jacobs guns have some more chance to be used
    

    
Item Pools
    -Claptrap rescue missions now ALWAYS give SDU
    -Machine Guns added to WeaponsFor_Brick list with weight of Weight_2_Uncommon (he had there only launchers and shotguns)
    -Machine Guns now can spawn in chests(includung white) when "2 long guns" configuration is rolled
    -Bandit Badasses can have Eridian Lightning (Weight_Awesome_5_VeryRare, like Crimson Lance)
    -Bruiser Badasses can have Eridian Blaster
    -regular Bruisers now have less chances to spawn with stock MG (that doesnt drop), depends on number of players
    -added Eridian Weapons to Weapons_All pool (Weight_Awesome_5_VeryRare), used in creatures
    -lowered weight for grenade mods (by 60%) in A_Pool_Gear, so there will be more shields and classmods (this pool commonly used in: creatures, ransack and scavenger pools, chests), grenade mods of same type arent much different anyway
    -Eridian Weapons now spawn at lower levels
    -Weapon Shops now can sell Machine Guns

    
Cosmetics
    -removed annoying smoke particles from Eridian Blaster projectile, with high ROF it was obscuring vision badly
    -Brick Berserk explosins no longer shake camera
    to do: remove smoke and some other stuff from Brick Berserk explosions

    
    
Elemental stuff
    -to long to explain, in short DOTs nerfed, PROCs buffed, accsessories buffed to proc more often
    all in attemt to make elemental weapons do something elemental and not be trash with -40% damage, without any increase of damage
    already powerful weapons such as revolvers and launchers are not buffed and left as is
    cons: shock weapons was devastating to player even before, since bullet shock damage deals x1.5 damage and pure shock deals x4 damage to shields, now due to frequient procs it just got on a new level, I dont want to nerf it but Atlas shields(shock resistant) got buff
    corrosive and incendiary scalars cranked up to 0.8 (was 0.4 for corrosive and 0.6 for incendiary)
    small explosions (032 type) now have radius of 80 instead of 48 (for comparison 064 type also has 80 vanilla)
    

Weapon Types
    -explosive snipers weakest free explosion now deals more damage, but still less than revolvers, 0.7*explosive_scalar*weaponDamage instead of just WeaponDamageFormula (revolvers do 1*explosive_scalar*weaponDamage)
    -Thumpers now give additional TechLevel
    -Pounders now have more damage and TechLevel
    -Carnages are now more diverse in terms of damage, also buffed and no longer suffer damage penalty from elemental accsessories, just like launchers, also exlusively on carnages explosive acc gives small damage boost comparing to acc_none
    -maliwan weapon materials now give +10/20/30% tech pool regen (to match their "Very High elemental effect chance" stuff), this bonus is additive with COMs and Spark
    -more combat rifle parts provide tech level now
    -all snipers got free procs now
    -alien guns/parts are revorked a bit

    
    
Locations
    -some locations (Sledge Safehouse, Dahl Headland, Arid Hills) now upgrade their levels to 20+ on PT1 when some story quests are done
    

    
Only if used in "cheat" configuration:
    -The Dove is cheat weapon (cooldown, hp regen, grenade regen, movement speed, +100000% damage)
    -Chests more often then not contain Eridian Weapons
    -Badass bandits often armed with Eridian Weapons
