Details:

* TechFast *

The starter weapons are now the only weapons that can use any techniques at all, until they're mastered. Then they'll be available to all other weapons as usual.

All techniques set to require 5 experience. In general this means hitting 5 enemies in total with the tech will master it, but will seem faster on some tech as they can hit multiple times or multiple enemies.

* TechFastEasy *

This is the biggest change, as I've gone through all the moves to give them new Input/Commands to execute. I've tried to make as many of the moves as possible to be easy to execute with few key buttons, and most of them starting with 8 (up) which is a button you usually don't use for much else in combat.

All moves uses numbers for directions, just refer to your keyboards NumPad for reference. The screenshot on the mod-page should also show all of them for an extra reference.

I left a couple of moves the same as they where, mainly Parry as it already had a easy/good Input/Command, and I didn't want to mess with peoples muscle memory for that. Also left a couple of the 22a and the rapier mash.

Added sword Back Steal so it can be mastered. Left out Lunging Serpent, because of the way it animates it doesn't really work on other spears anyway, and just looks weird doing nothing. I also left the unique tech on Valkyrie Sword alone, as it doesn't unlock until you mastered all the other tech anyway.

* TechFastEasyHalf *

All techniques MP cost just cut in half, pretty straight forward. Just makes it more energy efficient to use Tech over shards.

Random trivia:

* I went through and deleted most duplicate entries, Force Blast had 37 duplicate entries! This file was humongous, now it actually looks almost nice and tidy!
* Similarly went over all the moves and trimmed down their input entries. Was just sitting waiting for the entire file to crash and burn on me, removing entries tend to cause a lot of problems in the wrong files.
* I've actually wanted to do this mod since v1.21 when I added 88a to a couple of moves in my older WeapTech mod.
* Thought I could use command 84a for backward, but the game just turns you around and it counts as a 86a instead.
