This mod is just a quick and dirty way to disable ALL visible gear from Miriam. All headgear, scarves, and nay accessory with a visual animation like masks and glasses etc. And will make Miriam appear as if she has nothing equipped in any slot save Armour, no matter what you have equipped.
And nope, can't pick and choose which. To do that learn how to mod this yourself and manually edit which visuals to keep or change.
