How to use - Press the Slow Time Button to activate the Spell

I will be hosting a pole on my channel, to choose the name of the time stop spell!
the names will be chosen from my video's comment section - the top 3 names will be put in a vote to see which one will be the name of the spell!

1. Slow down time to the point if standing still!
2. Unfortunately, you cant walk while stopped, but you can still fight!
3. Gives you a similar effect to the "Fast Weapon Handling" mod
4. fully compatible with mods that change the sound effects of the slow time spell (i use Sharingan Slomo Sound)
