What the jsons does:
alter the tooclosedistance so that npcs will stay further away from you to shoot you instead of charging at you to melee. NPCs will still melee if you get close
sets disarm levels to being high, as I made my npc firearms swap to regular/lootable variants on dropping for players to use. NPCs will be unable to use player variants so having them unable to disarm will make them not obsolete
1.0: stance data that prevents enemies from changing stance, particularly raising it high.
What the json does NOT do:
Make guns fireable, that has to be done by the creators themselves, i.e. for MMP guns to be fireable by NPCs, that needs to be done through Sushin, not me. Nomad Rim? PizzaChicken, not me
As of 1.0, the stance jsons ensures that NPCs do not change their idle poses, in particular the high stance, allowing them to "aim" the fire arm instead of raising it to the sky.
