By channeling the Power of Destruction, a user can destroy almost anything with little effort, even working on intangible beings such as souls in the anime. This technique is a staple of the Gods of Destruction, who wield such power with little no effort. The Hakai move is Mostly used by the domain of the gods of destructions also known as Hakai no chikara, With that power in Full controll you can do anything with that kind of power, Destroy Planets with ease....& Oblidirate other species.
