I spent a surprisingly long time making this one. It was a lot of trying to configure values into a perfect number, but also some effect junk. I think this is one of my most fun spells, so I hope you guys enjoy it too.
Lightning has a bug where the bolts don't hit distant NPCs. Watch the video and you can fix it.
