Nobara's Hammer & Nails from Jujutsu Kaisen with a hammer that launches nails and a pouch with nails that can be swapped with the item wheel framework.

Content
Nobara's Hammer.
Nobara's primary weapon is her signature metal hammer decorated with a heart. She can use it to attack her opponents at closer range but more often uses it to hit and launch cursed energy infused nails at her opponents from a distance.
Abilities
(Side note: there is a pierce damager on the back of the hammer.)
Launch
Press the trigger while holding the hammer to launch a nail from the head of the hammer. Pressing the Spell Wheel button allows you to swap between Hairpin and Black Flash.
Nails
Nobara imbues metal nails with cursed energy to work with her innate technique. This allows Nobara to freely levitate the nails, allowing her to launch them as projectiles at her opponents. The metal nails are also key to all of Nobara's cursed techniques.
Item Wheel
You can hold the Spell Wheel button while holding the nails to open a menu that allows you to switch between the Hairpin and Black Flash nails. (The nails from the pouch are Hairpin by default.)
Abilities
Hairpin
After throwing/launching the nail, hold the trigger and then press the grip button while still holding the trigger to detonate the Hairpin nails. Any enemy close to the nail will instantly die upon detonating. (Any Hairpin nails launched by the hammer will not work unless they pierce an enemy. To fix this, simply use telekinesis on the nail and then you can detonate it.)
Black Flash
Throwing/launching the Black Flash nails at an enemy will cause the nail to instantly explode, knocking back any enemy in its path.
