Adds a menu to the mods section under Spells Reborn with some settings that can adjust the games default spells.
Settings: All Spells
Instant Charge - Enables/Disables spells instantly being charged up
Instant Merge - Enables/Disables spells instantly being merged
Telekinesis
Grab Strength - Adjust the gripping strength of telekinesis
Push Strength - Adjust the pushing strength of telekinesis
Max Distance - Adjust the distance that items can be picked up from and pushed to using telekinesis
Time Slowing
Instant Time Change - Enables/Disables making the slowing down/speeding up of time instant
Lightning
Damage - Affects how strong each bolt of lightning is
Gravity
Flight - Enables/Disables making the hover part of the gravity spell into flight
Push Force Strength - Strength of the push force when using the gravity spell
Bubble Duration - Sets the duration of the gravity bubble
