Adds the Colt Police Positive Special to the game, with features that try to replicate the gun's function as accurately as possible. Can be found in Revolvers, the .38 Special Cartridge will be in Ammos, and the Speedloaders will be in Speedloader category.

Features:
Single Action and Double Action shooting
Finite bullets
Ejecting bullets and cartridges

Different pouches for individual bullets and speed loaders
Bullet Counted Reload: Load 3, shoot 3, eject 3. If there are still empty slots for the revolver when you put the cylinder back in and you haven't shot yet, you can still take the cylinder out and reload the bullets.
Instructions:
Double Action Firing: Simply press the trigger button to fire. Simple but slightly slower trigger.
Single Action Firing: Press the spell button to cock the hammer, pull the trigger to fire. Faster trigger.
Reload: Hold onto the cylinder of the revolver and press the trigger button. If there are bullets in the cylinder, grab onto the ejector to eject all the cartridges AND any unfired bullets which can be picked up to reload or put back into the pouch. Press the trigger button on the cylinder again to put the cylinder back in.
Cylinder Spin: While holding the cylinder, press the spell button to spin it. Infinite ammo only for now.
There are two ways to reload, individually or by speed loader:
Individual reload: Using a pouch containing individual bullets, load them into the cylinder one at a time.
Speedloader reload: Using a pouch containing speed loaders, simply load it into the cylinder to load all 6 bullets in one go. Only works if all chambers are empty, cannot be used otherwise and you must reload individually or eject it out the next time you open the cylinder.
