as of right now, parts of manhattan and the Bronx are in untextured collisions they
will be replaced as I update and port more parts of the map.
Regarding Map features, there is one VERY janky Rosevelt island tram that you can ride.
There are plans to add a Day/Night cycle, Npcs, and traffic and to make the Trains Functional.
This is a huge map so settings will have to be adjusted accordingly
