This is Kokushibos flesh Katana, wielded by the brother of Yoriichi Tsugikuni who became a demon out of jealousy for his brother who was the best swordsman to have ever lived. It is made of flesh and has many eyes on the blade and handle.

Blade & Sorcery on Steam -> Right click and press Properties -> Click Local Files -> Click Browse -> Click BladeAndSorcery_Data -> Click StreamingAssets -> Click Mods -> Drag & Drop / Copy & Paste the mod into the Mods folder and you are all set!
