How to use
Enable self collision and stab yourself with one of the needles or alternately throw the needle at your arm or body.
Full health
Will give a full health bar of health to npcs or player. if you or an npc already has full health you or the npc will gain more than full health.
Godmode
will give massive amounts of health to npcs or player.
Instant death
Will instantly kill npcs or player even after being stabbed by the godmode needle.
