Due to a flood on comments asking where the gear is, the gear is not possible at least with my knowledge to put into the game so I added a flight framework to the blades to simulate the gear.

Blade & Sorcery on Steam -> Right click and press Properties -> Click Local Files -> Click Browse -> Click BladeAndSorcery_Data -> Click StreamingAssets -> Click Mods -> Drag & Drop / Copy & Paste the mod into the Mods folder and you are all set!
