Homelander has been added to Blade and Sorcery, so it only makes sense that there's someone else on Blade and Sorcery to destroy supes with diabolical antics. This mod adds a Billy Butcher NPC and Avatar.
This mod requires the Custom Avatar Framework and Butcher's Crowbar.
