Arcade Mode (fancier version of survival on the map select, create a new character for it [not tested])

The ability to put any item from this mod in the inventory
note: there are no icons for some items, there is nothing I will/can do about it, I'm not making icons for 200+ items note 2: some items may not function as expected, I cannot do anything about it, I don't work for WarpFrog and I doubt they will hire me
