Created initial mod with four (4) new Arrow/Quiver types: Fire, Gravity, Lightning & Spell-Cycle
Adds four new Quivers and Arrow types to the "Bows" category. Fire/Gravity/Lightning arrows will spawn with their effect applied, and the "Cycle Arrow" will swap between spells if you press the Spell-Menu while holding it. Additionally, the new arrows have an improved Penetration+Damage preset.
