Adds a spell which acts like the slow motion button in Boneworks
Usage:
Hold down the spell to go in slow motion, let go and hold down again to increase the multiplier, there are 3 modes which are 0.5, 0.25, 0.125
Possible upcoming features:
Boneworks' slow motion sound option
Remove the pause between increasing the slow motion multiplier
Remove the hand animation when being used and possibly the orb
