That one is not posted by the original author, from my experience doesn't work, (ie enemies still behave like they have weapons and stand back up with one or no legs) and doesn't make dismemberment survivable (this one did in U11). Most likely the author of the other "Non-Snapping Limbs" just took this one and changed the version in the manifest.json to U12 which only makes the game think the mod is compatible but doesn't actually make the mod work.
This fix doesn't seem to work, the limbs still float around. But that's propably cause i'm on u11.3 Also stabbing the head or neck doesn't kill the enemies, they are completely unkillable but again, that could be because i'm on u11.3
Added a fix for enemies trying to repeatedly pick their weapons back up. It modifies the behavior tree for AI manually so it might conflict with other mods that do so as well. The behavior trees are not very customizable at runtime to my knowledge.
Edit: Forgot to mention they now flee instead if you cut their main (right) hand off.
You could use Survivable dismemberment + Health Modifier. Just keep in mind that Survivable dismemberment is Incompatible with Sectory and Sliceable torso.
