Grab npc and press spell wheel button (touchpad button in Index) to tie them up. There r 2 modes:
1. Grab both wrists or both ankles of an npc and press 2 spell wheel buttons at the same time to tie them together. Repeat to untie them
2. Grab a single part (wrist, ankle, neck, shoulder), press them against a wall or an surface (ground, poles) and press the spell wheel button to lock them against that surface. Repeat to untie them
